Every project begins with choosing the right focal length to match the visual application, ensuring the lens or mirror provides the widest and clearest view possible. Our PVC Fresnel lenses are typically just 1mm thick, with the focal point positioned precisely to meet its specified application.
Our manufacturing processes are tailored to suit each project. Many Fresnel lens products are produced using hot press moulding, while injection moulding is the preferred choice for high-volume production, such as Acrylic Solar lenses. This flexibility allows us to deliver precision, efficiency, and quality no matter the scale of your requirements.
